The New York State Library will present “British Colonial Period in New York State: Resources Available at the New York State Library” on Wednesday, Dec. 9 at 11 a.m.
The New York State Library has a variety of primary documents on the history of Colonial New York. The collection includes: muster rolls, land purchase agreements, map, colonial laws, personal papers and microfilm collections of original documents from the British Records office. This lecture will give an overview of the resources and highlight specific titles.
