The Jewish Genealogy Society of Long Island will present its 33rd Annual Family History Workshop – Jewish Genealogy 101 – on Sunday, Nov. 5 from 12:30-5 p.m. This will be a virtual presentation.
This seminar is an overview for beginners as well as a review for family historians who want to brush up on or expand their skills. Learn where and how to find the many Jewish records which exist in the United States, Europe and Israel.
Registration includes a year membership in the Jewish Genealogy Society of Long Island and a digital copy of the workshop manual “Jewish Genealogy 101”.
Cost is $35 for an individual membership and $40 for a family membership. Last day to register is Nov. 3. Payment can be made using Zelle or check.
