The Ulster County County Clerk’s Office recently completed a 16 month project to electronically convert its land records and make them available online.
Now you will be able to search land record documents from 1685 to 1950. The records can be viewed online free of charge and copies are $5 per document.
To view the records, go to https://www.searchiqs.com/NYULS/SearchAdvancedMP.aspx and then select the Indexbooks tab from the top of the screen. You can search by grantor, grantee and mortgagor.
