The Cornwall Public Library (Orange County) has added more issues to its digitized collection of The Cornwall Local newspaper.
The Cornwall Local archive covers 1880 to the present day. While the years 1880-1970 are indexed through written index cards, before this new additions to the collection, access to the digitized archives required visiting the library in person and using designated computers.
Now the archive is available online and can be used from home. To begin searching the collection, go to: https://cornwallpubliclibrary.org and click on the Materials tab and select Cornwall Local Newspaper Archive. There are three other newspapers available on the website: The Cornwall Times (1875-1882), The Cornwall Press (1914-1923) and The Cornwall Local (1908-1914).
