State of Liberty – Ellis Island Foundation “Passenger Search” has 65 million records of arrivals through the Port of New York dating back to 1820, including but not limited to Ellis Island passengers. Some passenger records are more complete than others, but many reveal name, age, date of arrival, ship name, nationality, birthplace, occupation, last residence overseas, and final destination.
